Shipping
I send most of my orders by Royal Mail or if you are local you are welcome to collect from the studio in Hill Head. Delivery in the UK should arrive within 5 working days.
Breakages/Returns
I package my orders as carefully as possible for shipping and double pack more fragile pieces. Sometimes accidents happen, so if your order arrives broken or damaged please get in touch with me at mistyceramics@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt, and send photographs of the damaged piece, and I will arrange for a replacement of a similar piece or a refund (please note every piece of work is handmade and unique, you cannot get a like-for-like piece). If you need to return an item, they will need to be sent back in their original packaging and the postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to send it as a tracked package, as the parcel is the customer’s responsibility until it is received back with me.
